https://nsgreg.nga.mil/ doesn't load for me in Firefox 44. According to https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=nsgreg.nga.mil it should load on Firefox 39.
Currently, I get the following SSL error when trying to load the URL from comment 0 (slightly different from the error mentioned in this bug's summary): > Your connection is not secure > The owner of nsgreg.nga.mil has configured their website improperly. > To protect your information from being stolen, Nightly has not connected to this website. And clicking "Advanced" says: > nsgreg.nga.mil uses an invalid security certificate. > The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. > The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. > An additional root certificate may need to be imported. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER If I inspect the certificate (via the "Add an exception" button), I see the following for "Issuer": > CN = DOD CA-27 > OU = PKI > OU = DoD > O = U.S. Government > C = US
The certificate is not good. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=nsgreg.nga.mil&latest It is the same on Blink, Gecko, and WebKit. This is the site of NSG Standards Registry Maybe a way to contact them > Questions regarding the operation of this registry should be sent to ncgis-mail@nga.mil. Or try https://www.nga.mil/About/Pages/Contact.aspx switching to contactready If you decide to contact, please tell us here and switch to sitewait.
