Steps to reproduce:

* go on any website e.g. http://www.google.com
* activate Responsive Design View (ctrl+shift+m)



Actual results:

Scrollbars under Windows 10 are drawn in the standard Windows 10 style and thus covering parts of the website


Expected results:

Scrollbars should look like under Mac OS X, thinner and more transparent

Reproduced the bug in firefox nightly 44.0a1 (2015-10-14) with windows 10 (64 bit)

Verified as fixed with latest firefox beta 44.0a2 (Build ID: 20151120004044)

I have successfully reproduced this bug in Nightly 44.0a1 (2015-10-15) ; (Build ID: 20151015030233) with the instruction from comment 0 on Ubuntu, 64 Bit

Bug is now verified as fixed on Latest Firefox Dev Edition 44.0a2 (2015-11-20)
