At the moment, when a KB revision is submitted Kitsune is sending one confirmation email to both the editor and the reviewer.
It would be great to have two separate emails, each including different text.
For the editor (the person submitting the revision):
"Hello {username},
Thank you for your awesome contribution! The page you worked on will now have to be reviewed.
The ((reviewers for your language)) have been informed about it and will review it at their earliest convenience.
Please be patient, as there may be many pages awaiting review. While you wait, you can also ((((start and complete another translation)))) - go for it!"

((((link to the locale dashboard))))
For the reviewer (the person with reviewer priviledges that could be reviewing the submitted revision):
"Hello {username},
A new revision of: "{article title}" is available for review. Please ((review it at your earlier convenience by clicking here)).
Thank your for your continuous support of SUMO and Mozilla!"
((link to the review page for the article))

Michal,
Have you actually determined what currently happens in Lithium ?
Is the action the same in the en-US KB and in other locales ?
In Lithium does the revision of an article result in any email at all being generated for some reviewer and if so who is that email sent to. For instance if it is a new article will it have a reviewer. What if any reviewer involved is no longer active in Sumo?
Perhaps instead of just dropping the priority of this bug it should be studied and the description modified.
I hope it is not appropriate & necessary to change the description to
We need a method of notifying a reviewer. Currently revisions are ignored and a misleading email is sent to the editor.
I'll dig into this during the upcoming sprint.
