From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221 BuildID: 2002012310 Go to the www.compaq.com web site... Enter the string "SP750" in the search dialog at the top of the home page. Hit carriage return. Boom... Mozilla crashes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Visit the www.compaq.com home page. 2. enter the string "SP750" in the search dialog on the top of the page 3. hit carriage return... Actual Results: Mozilla crashes. Expected Results: Mozilla should have displayed the page.... Chris Blizzard is visiting here today, and he got the same results on his browser (we're hacking on AA fonts). The above build ID is his browser.... So the bug is still there in current bits. I experienced it in 20001122108.
Crash with 2002012308 / Linux, but only every other time, i.e. the first time after a crash the search results display fine, going back and repeating the search results in crash. Corrupted cache ?
Related to bug 121368?
Hoom. WFM, 2002012208/linux. So either I'm immune to compaqcrashes or whatever changed in moz changed after 2208.
This bug is affecting build id: 2002012304 on Windows 98. Changing OS to all. Adding keyword "crash." Resolving this as a dupe of bug 121368. I tried that bug and crashed there just like here. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 121368 ***
