Steps to repro: 1) Launch CCK Tool, click (or hit Enter) Next. 2) On the second screen (Specify Platform Info), depress Enter key. ==> Program crashes. Observed in 1/22 bld. Clicking on Next button instead of using Enter key is the workaround. This seems pretty familiar - perhaps a regressed bug.
