Description:
if the user is in task manager and chooses to open a new browser window the status bar will be black while the window is opening but will turn white after the window has opened fully. This also occurs when opening a private browser window

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151015110122
2) Long press home button
3) Press the "+" symbol to open a browser window
4) Observe status bar as window opens

Actual:
The status bar is black as the window opens

Expected:
It is expected that the staus bar matches the color of the browser window as it opens

This issue DOES occur in Flame 2.5.
