Description:
As the user begins to edge gesture from a window the status bar icons will disappear until the window is not longer being swiped.

Repro Steps:

1) Update a Aries to 20151015110122
2) Open an app (Such as Calendar)
3) Edge gesture either Left or Right

Actual:
Status bar will disappear.

Expected:
It is expected that the status bar will remain visible while the user is Edge Gesturing.

Note: This is only happening on certain apps such Calendar and Email. Browser appears to be fine.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5.
Result: Status bar icons will disappear temporarily while Edge Gesturing.
