Steps to reproduce:

The ftp directory for Firefox 41.0.2 appears to be missing the win32-EME-free build again.  Are those still going to the private partner bucket?  Is there a bug I can follow that tracks the fix for that?


Actual results:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/41.0.2/win32-EME-free/ is missing


Expected results:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/41.0.2/win32-EME-free/ should contain installers and whatnot
