When attempting to install the quick settings (clicking install button) add-on from Marketplace, I get the attached error message.
Other add-on seem to work fine.

It looks like even though it gave me the error that it actually installed (and shows under Settings>Add-ons, but only after a restart, which is likely a different issue).
However, for it to work, I had to disable it then re-enable it before it showed up in the utility tray.

You experienced two bugs: one is that the addon was installed (but not apparent until restart, which is a platform bug), but Marketplace didn't update the button accordingly to tell you that (which is our bug 1213330).
