* i will attach the new en-US .lang file here and flag flod, he will check and land it
* the update is already on staging - it can be used by changing the pref "datareporting.healthreport.about.reportUrl" to:
  * (to view the old v2 content) https://fhr-dev.allizom.org/%LOCALE%/
  * (to view the new v4 content) https://fhr-dev.allizom.org/%LOCALE%/v4/

Francesco, here is the updated fhr.lang file.
When bug 1217392 is done we should be regularly updating from the new github repo.

The file looks good, and the update is pretty small (10 strings), which is good. There are 2 strings that I can't find though:

1. Read technical documentation for the data format and fields.
2. Firefox Health Report (FHR) records anonymous data about your computer, configuration, usage, performance, and error conditions. This data helps us improve Firefox for you and for other Firefox users.

Where can I see them?

Leaving the NI open until the strings are pushed out to localizers.

Those strings are both seen when:
* using the v4 url: https://fhr-dev.allizom.org/%LOCALE%/v4/
* clicking "raw data" at the top of the page
