From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020124 BuildID: 2002012407 Start mozilla with no prior .mozilla directory and created a new profile. Browser started with classic skin. Went to Edit->Preferences->Themes. Classic and modern skins were listed, and preview panel displayed correctly. Chose Modern and clicked Ok. No confirmation or informative dialogs appeared. Closed mozilla and restarted it. Browser still used Classic theme. Tried to select Modern theme again, with same results. Chose CLassic theme, still no change. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Remove .mozilla directory. 2.Start mozilla and create a new profile 3.When browser launches, go to Edit->Preferences->Themes. Attetmpt to select a different theme than what is in use. 4.Stop and restart mozilla. Notice that the theme did not change Actual Results: Selected theme did not get used Expected Results: Selected theme should have gotten used, especially after a restart
