The Operator dashboard has 3 apps, I installed them all but the banner is shown anyway.
The alert banner only appear if Marketplace detect 1 or more late customization apps are absent from the device.

I tried this on stage and the banner went away if the apps were installed and didn't reappear even when the apps were deleted.
