In bug 1209140 we're opening this URL on firstrun. It is going live to BETA on Tuesday 10/20.

Until bug 1196532 is up on production, we'll need to implement a redirect.

This bug is to temporarily redirect this traffic to: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/private-browsing-use-firefox-without-history
