I could not enter in workday my Q4 2015 goals using Firefox 42.0.2 on Mac OS 10.10.5. Screen shot attached. Note that we expect a text input box below the "Description *" label.
(I was advised to try "another browser". I did. Chrome worked.)

Is this still broken for your current quarterly goals? If so, does it work on a clean Firefox profile? ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles )
(I have never had to switch browsers to fill these in, and it's clear from the screenshot your profile has add-ons, so it seems likely they're the cause of the problem)
