Details
The addons stage server currently uses a dump from the production server. This isn't great for a few reasons. Let's remove all the data in stage and use the populate_data command that exists in olympia already.

Once we are on AWS, the need for stress testing AMO is gone. I can't see anything blocking this, please let me know if there's anything you want to do on this.
