Looking at http://pike.github.io/firefox-l10n-tests/?locale=pt-BR&file=privacy%2Fwelcome-disabled.png, the width isn't wide enough. It's even more clipped on mac, which need 9ch to look ok. That's in browser/chrome/browser/boutPrivateBrowsing.dtd, trackingProtection.state.width. I submitted the fix for beta on pontoon, which will commit (I can't suggest). Please sign-off and port the change to aurora, too?
PS: I've increased the default width of the pageinfo page, too, for http://pike.github.io/firefox-l10n-tests/?file=security%2Fev-details.png&locale=pt-BR. If you want to test this, you'll need to test it on a new profile, as the page remembers the width if you have resized it at any point in time.
