[Aries KK][v2.5][Settings]In Settings Add-ons view,  Installed add-on does not appear in installed add-on list immediately.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch "Settings"->"Add-ons".
2. Tap "+" icon to Get More add-ons. 
3. Press install button to install any add-on 
4. Install add-on and back to add-ons list view.


[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The Add-on should appear in installed add-on list immediately  

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The Add-on should not appear in installed add-on list immediately.
