According to Q, this might just be an issue with a machine that was upgraded from Windows 8, not a fresh install.

We received an immediate error screen (attached) with  the x64 install ( both older and newer versions) on a windows 8 N machine upgraded to Windows 10 N. No trace-log was a actually written. However, on a freshly installed Windows 10 x64 LSTB install 4.14  did install by hand without error. I am still working on the automated quiet install. For the scope of the install error I believe this bug can be closed.
