Steps to reproduce:
Went to Control panel|Display and set all elements to 20. Went to Nightly Options Went to Nightly Starts and selected "Show my windows and..."
Actual results:
"Show my windows and..." is a truncated option.
Expected results:
Nightly should allocate space for the full text of the option.

I don't understand why this is a bug - if the window size is small and the font size is big, doesn't it have to truncate the text? Or is the claim that the options window should get a horizontal scrollbar in this scenario?
Do you get a popup with the complete text when you hover over the truncated text?
(BTW, I noticed that the address bar is clipped on the bottom - did you file a separate bug for that?)

The option Show my windows and tabs fr.. is still cut off even on the smallest font size. The smaller font sizes don't even take advantage of the extra space.
One option is to have the box Show my windows and tabs fr.. is in take up more than one line of text. I don't know why a lot of interfaces seem afraid to have elements take up more than one line. Also it doesn't have to be on the same line as When Nightly starts:
