Details

The mail compose "addressing widget" contains the fields for entering the to, cc,
and bcc addresses.  These fields are in a tree and should be contstrained to some
number of lines high and have a scrollbar.  As soon as the number of rows is
large enough to need the scrollbar the widgets are drawn in an unusable way.
They tend to draw in an overlapping way that makes it difficult to read or click
on the correct element.  Marking this as a blocker because we need this for PR1.
