Steps:
- Edit on Media
- Upload 128px icon - Icon appears
- Save - Icon gone
Expected:
Icon gets set
There is also an icon in the manifest that doesn't get picked up

This is specific to this app, for some reason. Looking into it.

This also affects https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/abidjannet/ , both partners are blocked on their submission

What's the manifest url / zip for those apps ? (they are not public, so I can't access it easily without looking at the db manually) Have they tried submitting it on dev/stage ?

Since both of the apps in question have since had icons added, I'm closing this as fixed. Please reopen if necessary.
