We are leaking a CompositorChild/Parent pair along with a layer manager and the rest is a result of that. Off hands I have no idea what caused this. Keeping the needinfo as a reminder but it'll probably be a while before I come back to this bug.
There's been some substantial progress on the CompositorChild leaks front, and this hasn't reproduced for a while as far as I can tell so I'll close the bug. Feel free to reopen or open a new bug if it happens again.
