+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1215840 +++ After landing Bug 1201397. unnecessary ugly swing & skew animation. It does not meet the standard animation of windows's popup/dialog etc..... it quite odd, ugly and crazy animation. It is an almost insane idea for Windows.

Plan of record: disable this for Aurora/DevEdition uplift then land in Fx45 with transparent and user test.
This was fixed by removing the extra animation.
