1216439 - Element Properties message stays open without information to what element it is related

Test words "Schiff, bateau, barco, 希夫 
Steps how to reproduce with  en-US (German language pack) SeaMonkey 2.38  (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:41.0)  Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build 20150923195647  (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

0. In WIN Task bar count number of active SeaMonkey Windows
1. For 5 arbitrary simple words on this page 
   including my test words from Description one by one do 'doubleclick → 
   rigtclick → Properties ...'
   » For each word a Properties message will open and tell "Text Language:
     English", what is a little worrying, because none of my test words 
     is English. Further tests doing step 1 on pages in other languages
     would show that the message shows language.

2. Do the same for some other elements (pictures, links, ...)
   » also properties messages will be opened
3. In WIN Task bar count number of active SeaMonkey Windows
   » Number increased, properties messages are independent windows
4. Open one by one of the element properties and move them to different
   places on screen
   » finally you will have lots of info messages on screen, but for
     most of them it will be impossible to associate information to
     the question - there is no way back from inro message to 
     page, element or whatever

We should think about a solution, may be that message should be closed with next click or becomes an estra information line showing sourde for what information is or a "go back" icon what will show the element or TAB for what information has been requested or ...
