STR:
1. Open any website
2. Use the window opened from step 1 to navigate to website which has defined theme-color, such as https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/web-application-manifest/index.html
3. Tap < back button to go back to website from step 1
4. Tap > forward button to go to website from step 2
5. Check the site icon and theme color
Expected result:
1. Site icon and theme color shows correctly
Actual result:
1. Site icon and theme color does not show correctly
