Dear Sebastian,

Thanks for your reply. Wasn't sure about the coordination sequence involved here. Have checked out the narrative on the Norton website. It's a major rework for them with a long lead time on the Identity Safe functionality. So, I'm using Firefox 40.0.2 until everything is simpatico.

Respectfully,
Don Walterson
Dear Don,

Firefox 40.0.2 doesn't receive security updates anymore, but there is the long term support version of Firefox 38.3.0 which you can download from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Please consider that to keep your computer and others safe.

Thank you
Sebastian
