We have logic in the app that allows home panels to be part of the back/forward list and appear as a page, complete with the navigation bar on the bottom. We discussed removing the nav bar and rethinking how we want to handle back/forward for home panels.

We landed on the decision to remove the nav bar on home panels, and only show it on a webview. If the user navigates all the way back to the panel, they can start their navigation over again (to go forward).
