Steps:

- Load http://ttsvetko.github.io/HTML5-Desktop-Notifications/
- Allow notifications for the page
- Type "test" on both fields
- Click "Display Notification" button

Result:

The background of the notification is not transparent but gray.

Expected result:

The notification has the right transparency.
