Please remove the kuma/static/css directory on stage and prod before [1] is pushed.

The directory was removed on the admin node for the stage environment; I left the change to be pushed out by the deploy process.  There were other issues with the push that need to be worked out so I'm not 100% sure if this change has been deployed throughout -stage or not.
Directory removed on -prod right before today's push.
