1. Load https://marketplace.firefox.com/api/v2/late-customization/?operator=AT%26T&carrier=AT%26T&region=undefined&mcc=310&mnc=410

observed behavior:
Internal Server Error!

In production I still get the server error (I assume that the fix didn't go to production yet) I have tried in both stage and -dev using:
https://marketplace.allizom.com/api/v2/late-customization/?operator=AT%26T&carrier=AT%26T&region=undefined&mcc=310&mnc=410

and

https://marketplace-dev.allizom.com/api/v2/late-customization/?operator=AT%26T&carrier=AT%26T&region=undefined&mcc=310&mnc=410

but I don get any response, the page appears to load and then I get a connection time out
