Nearly all traffic is going to download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net. Move update traffic back to download.cdn.mozilla.net
Re-balanced via the bouncer admin interface. New weights: HTTP: 1000000 http://download.cdn.mozilla.net 100 http://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net HTTPS: 1000000 https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net
