User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020123
BuildID:    2002012408

The Preferences under Appearance->Themes, doesn't have a
'Install <theme>' button as is indicated in the help (by clicking
on help). Selecting one of the themes in the list (Classic or Modern),
and clicking OK doesn't change the style.
The only way I could find to change the style was using the menu.
( View->Apply Theme-><theme> )

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start browser
2.Select menu Edit->Preferences
3.Select tree field Appearance->Themes

Actual Results: There was no way to apply a selected theme. OK doesn't do it.

Expected Results: Should be an Apply button (as is mentioned in the associated
help text).

First, clean install of Mozilla on a Redhat 7.2 installation. (which has some
other software installed, including Netscape 6.1 in a different directory). No
custom kernel or updated XFree86 above the standard distribution versions.

This has been removed. (Apply)
You can change the Theme with the OK button (select the Theme and press OK)

Actually, using 'OK' didn't change the theme on the version against which this
bug was reported. However, I tried the latest-0.98 version (2002012505) and it
worked fine.

So, yes, just the Help text needs to be updated.
Thanks.
