<!ENTITY sidebar.preview.title.label          'Panel Preview'> in the file of
preview.dtd should be
<!ENTITY sidebar.preview.title.label          "Panel Preview">.

sidebar is not an XPToolkit widget, reassigning
According to the XML spec 1.0, both single/double quotes can be used in the
entity definition.

Is therea special reason, we must use double quote?

I know both single/double quotes can be used in the entity definition in XML. Is
there a special reason that we use single quote here while the rest of files use
double quote?
There is no special reason I used one or the other.

I will mark this WONTFIX unless you give me a compeling reason to change it.
