This is follow up bug of issue reported in Bug 1214157. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1214157#c17

If video playback in Video, gallery and camera apps is interrupted than we should pause the playing video and not resume on receiving moz-interrupt-end event.

This issue could not be fixed as part of Bug 1214157 because of the bug which is fixed as part of Bug 1206581.
