As our expectation, user can put package to a web server and navigate to in the browser. But currently we cannot open package on github.io successfully

For instance:
https://shakoho.github.io/web-storage-demo/uitest_privileged.pak

We need to reach out to github to set the right mime type for .pak resources I guess?

The list of Github supported MIME types is generated from the mime-db project.

So, I have created a pull request for the new MIME type on mime-db project.
