From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020124 BuildID: 2002012403 my.yahoo.com has a javascript Oracle ad that is supposed to pop up when you mouse over the image. However it doesn't work properly with Mozilla and you often get a large popped up image that cannot be closed. I'm guessing the problem is in the browser detection code for the ad. See: http://us.a1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/a/1-/flash/oracle/011502/oracle9.js Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to my.yahoo.com (You don't need to have an account) 2. 3. Actual Results: Sometimes the Oracle ad is displayed improperly Expected Results: Large pop up image is only displayed on ad mouse over as in IE.

By the way -- it is *correct* behavior that they just have the small image for Netscape. They eliminated the rollover layer which was messing up the layout. They are changing sniffing to sniff for Gecko so the ad will always appear correctly.

This is still happening for me with 2002042908.trunk WinME. About 25% of pageloads have the same issue as originally described.

Yahoo is aware of this..they still need to distribute the new code so this fully stops happening. I'll remind them. Thanks.
