you get to the page by clicking on post secondary recruitment from
http://jobs.gc.ca/home_e.htm     after cliking on this the page fails to load. 
it does however work under IE 6.
worksforme with 02/01 mozilla build on win2K.  Page loads fine from direct link
 here and from the secondary recruitment link on their home page
