Hit enter too fast.
Anyway, that icon is used as page favicon on some places and as urlbar icon on linux. We'll probably want to use a new SVG favicon that is consistent with our in-content pages. As for the linux urlbar icon, we'll likely want to use the one in shared/

Why would we add a new SVG for this rather than using extensionGeneric.svg?

I think we want to ditch the green favicon for a gray favicon to be consistent with about:preferences and about:customize (I don't remember the bug number where UX wanted that). Also, we have a smaller version of the add-on glyph that works better for small sizes.
