The translation bar and update bar are no longer part of Tabzilla but, are going to be an external utility available for use by pretty much anyone.

There does still exist an important part of this in Bedrock that should remain. That is the transbar.jsonp file, which the infobar will request via Ajax.

As it is no longer part of Tabzilla, it is best to add the above into it's own "app" on bedrock. There are also some additions to the JSON:

- add latest Fx version
- add strings for update bar
