Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load AMO-dev Editor Tools page https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/editors
2. Try to approve any add-on

Expected result:
The add-on is approved. A success message is displayed.

Actual results:
"Oops! We had an error." page is displayed and a 500 error code in the console.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF41(Win 7). Issue is reproduced on AMO-dev.
