Downgrading sqlite to from version 3.9.2 to 3.8.11.1 seems to have solved the issue.

(In reply to Andrew Ryder from comment #5) > Downgrading sqlite to from version 3.9.2 to 3.8.11.1 seems to have solved > the issue. According to Hg history we are currently on 3.9.1 and we have yet to update to 3.9.2. Is this your own build? Because if so SQLite 3.9.2 is unsupported.
