There is a potential to speed up doom of a cache file handle when the index is up to date and provides the "pinned/non-pinned" information directly. However, I'm not much in favor of that change since: - the index information could potentially already belong to a different handle ; we have ability to have more handles for a single entry open at the same time, if I'm not mistaken - the code works well even w/o this optimization change - the code could just complicate even more with this change
