What problem would this feature solve?

When a request is made to unban an IP address, we need to be able to determine whether or not that's acceptable. This means reviewing the IP addresses associated with each revision to see if they match the banned IP. This will make responding to unban requests more practical.

Just ran into the problem now. Groovecoder has asked why a given user can't access MDN, and I can't find a reason why.

I haven't found one yet, other than going one page at a time through all revision IP records (https://developer.mozilla.org/admin/wiki/revisionip/) until I find it. :(

Do you have any suggestions for solving the problem? Please explain in detail.

I think we should have the option to search the entire revision IPs list for a given IP address.

Is there anything else we should know?
