Steps to reproduce:
In order to make my own product and add bugs under it, is there any chance to make my user to be Administrator or user who is able to create new product and has rights to create bugs within that product and assign other users to them?

bugzilla.mozilla.org is not a hosting service which would allow anybody to set up their personal products or such.
