Um, I think the plan was to use b2g gecko 45, not 44... David, can you verify please?

I'm pretty sure it's 44. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203186#c0 is a copy/paste from an email.
I was wrong. Dylan corrected me and he said that the plan was to use 44. Thanks.

gecko-dev is bug 1218048. We can merge them if wanted.

I pushed latest changes from m-c to the new tree. No more pulls from m-c expected.
