B2G 2.5 20151024150209 on Flame with v18D_nightly_v4 base image

Last night has been the switch from daylight savings time (CEST) to normal time (CET) here. This morning I updated my Flame to the current version. Now after rebooting and entering the PIN, the time is always off by an hour (shows 12:07, but should be 13:07). Opening Settings > Date & Time automatically corrects the time, but this should also work after entering the PIN (before that, date & time are wrong due to hardware restrictions).
I can't reproduce anymore today. Updated the phone, but also remembered that I have seen issues with the time only on the day of the daylight savings switch in the past (but can't find the bug anymore).

This sounds like duplication of bug 1089484, QA is doing thorough testing there.
