After changing bookmark properties in the Bookmarks window, File, Properties,
Rename and Delete are disabled until Bookmarks window will be reopened.

Reproducible: Always
Works for me same build, WinXP.

Are you sure this isn't the same as bug 121172?
I'm not sure. May be, or may be not... ?
