I'm told this service is no longer in use.  It has several clientIds: G0ZVD, Po0gC, vKlyN.  Kill 'em.

Looking at these in the client manager and reviewing the scopes, these definitely seem to be related to the dockerhost stuff jlal was doing a long time ago which, as far as I understand it, was only used by him.

If there are no objections, I can remove these.
