1218583 - Move Gear Store promo into current Webmaker spot on mozilla.org homepage

A few things we'd like to do moving into the end of year to promote Gear store: 

+ Put Gear store in the bigger tile real estate and move Webmaker promo to the smaller size (where Gear store is currrently).

+ Refresh Gear Store promo to message new gear and capitalize on the holidays. Some suggested copy: 
[static] Get the gear, support the mission
[rollover] Shop for t-shirts, hoodies, hats and more at Mozilla Gear. (button: shop now)

The webmaker promo currently has a initial and hover state. The small promos does not do rollover states so, should I just remove the rollover state for webmaker?

RE: Webmaker in the small tile. Only issue is that the "new" description is a bit out of date. How about something super simple like "Try the free Webmaker app" 

Reviewing the Gear Store updates with our designer and will provide final feedback and a new link shortly.

Final comment screen shots from our designer: 

"On the rollover tile, would break the line after 'hats' so the text is more balanced. Would also move the whole text and button area down so it is more vertically centered in the panel, more like how the large webmaker tile is now."

With those changes we should be good to go on this one. Thank you!

The above string is not currently translated so, it will have to go behind a l10n tag. I would suggest that we not block this from going out because of the change to the Webmaker tile.

Perhaps we can open a bug specifically for that as a follow on? I will open a pull request for the above in the mean time.
