[1.Description]:
[RTL][Arieskk_v2.5][Flamekk_v2.5][Settings]Set your phone language to Arabic, then operate to the select a wallpaper page,you can find cancel button is left-aligned.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Set your phone language to Arabic. 
1. Launch settings and Select "Homescreens". 
2. Tap the edit icon on the wallpaper. 
3. Select "Wallpaper" to modify the wallpaper.
4. Check cancel icon.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. Cancel icon should be right-aligned.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. Cancel button is left-aligned.

Actually this is a Gallery app bug (its header direction is still forced to ltr), not a Settings bug.
